i hope that you will be interested in my life and work, and maybe you can use this page as a prospective “voice over/compere/dj” employer you can find some examples of what i do by clicking on "hear me" or maybe if you want to find out about me.... please read on...
as you will see, i’ve been in the radio/tv business for almost all of my life and believe me it has changed, not only technically, but from a personality angle too....from independent radio stations in the uk that were truly independent, to what is now corporate radio stations that are owned by big concerns.
there are various pages for you to look at…take your time and mail me if there’s anything that’s not right! enjoy the photo page…some will make you laugh... .but remember….we’re all getting older!!
so we are now really into the year now. i just hope that this year will be as good as last years. i had some great times, met some really interesting bands and had all kinds of different recording work as well as the usual gigs, road shows, corporate functions and weddings to dj at. last summer i took a three week trip to the uk and.amydog loved it in the country and on the beaches in wales. at radio fm4 i now work a week on and a week off which gives me a lot of time for other projects like voice overs for image films and commercials.i also have had a part, as an american tv host in a film about austrias most famous rockstar, falco who had a number one hit around the world with rock me amadeus. you will probably only see me for about ten seconds but it wwas fun filming it. the film is now on general release!
last year i was at the weekender club in innsbruck a lot working with people like fuzzman from the band naked lunch playing too, and worked with an up and coming english band called six nation state from one of my old stomping grounds, southampton. they were great! there have also been some other good bands over from england like the bishops, celest, and bromheads jacket and 8 legs. we plan to have some of them on my morning show on fm4. a new section has been added to the websites page giving the home pages for these up and coming british bands.
i have also a "my space" account that you can go to to see and hear some of my "friends", good austrian and german bands that you might not have come accross.

my dog amy will be three this month and is turning out to be a real little treasure. shes so friendly and likes being around people a lot. i take her with me to the studios on saturdays and public holidays and as shes got out of the chewing stage now just sleeps and plays! there will be some new photos of her on my link "my dog amy" soon, so take a look and see her first reaction to what the austrian snow was!
look at some photos of mine while i was in moscow...photos! ...the cultural difference there is amazing!
.and some while i was on a working visit to kosovo,with the orf and some austrian musicians who gave two concerts to the local dignatries and the youth of suva reka in kosovo (photos..click here)!
we hope to be back there this year too!
