i once had a boss who said that presenters should do two hours of preparation for every hour spent on air! these days with internet and production teams not so much is needed by the presenter. at fm4 we have a feedback meeting fifteen minutes after the show and then prepare the next days programme. we have a daytime producer who fits it all together and the next morning the sidekick and presenter come in an hour before the show and go through the programme and make any last minute changes and additions. below are some of the sites we use to look at and get a feel of whats happening around the world!
